The use of the Turinabol brings moderate gains of muscle mass, but of good quality, without fat and water retention. Also, the side effects are not very pronounced. The testosterone production is known to decrease, especially when used for long periods of time, but this occurs in a measure much lower than that in the case of the Dianabol. Additionally, the road to recovery is easier. Another positive aspect is that it gives muscles a hard look without holding subcutaneous water.

What is Turinabol? Some history

muscle turinabolIn the German Democratic Republic (East Germany), there was a program sponsored by the state to improve the performance of German athletes in the Olympic Games. Conducted from 1960 to 1980, the program called “Plan of State 14:25” had a single purpose: to fool the anti-doping tests.

During this period, more than 10,000 athletes (including men, women, and children) received AAS. And who would imagine that there was something else other than vitamins in those blue pills that the trainers distributed? Many of these blue pills contained turinabol, a drug that was until then was not detectable in anti-doping tests and had ended up winning many medals for East Germany.

It was introduced into medical practice in 1965 and a year later was used in sports. The use of this steroid in sport is well documented. In 1972, its use was extended between athletes, into all branches of the sports. It has a very low (6 of 100) androgen effect, but in combination with its anabolic effect (54 of 100), Turinabol becomes a powerful substance. For example, Dianabol has a 43/100 androgen effect and an anabolic rate of 90/100, but has a lot more side effects, some ceasing to be acceptable for many athletes or cyclists.

Turinabol Dosage

As the drug reaches peak activity around 3 hours after administration and has an irregular release rate in the bloodstream, it is strongly recommended that the daily dosage be divided to a maximum throughout the day. Although the biphasic elimination half-life is around 16 hrs, dividing the total dose into anywhere between 2-6 smaller doses that are spread over the day with equal intervals between one administration and the other becomes good practice in attempting to keep the turinabol level in the blood as stable as possible.

The dosage that was usually used in East Germany was around 20-40 mgs. However, for men who wish to achieve a reasonable increase in lean body mass combined with an improvement in muscle quality and strength increase, many believe that 40 mg per day would be the minimum dose they would have to take to achieve that goal. Although the dose in some cycles involves only turinabol, the results tend to be large, but they are solid results which are apparent and can be maintained easily. However, turinabol is not anywhere close to having the same power of anabolic testosterone.

The basis for this assertion is that turinabol has an anabolic value equal or close to that of testosterone, about 100. However, this data is made from vitro studies, and we should not take this information to the letter when we discuss the actions of drugs in the real world. For illustrative purposes, stanozolol has an anabolic value of 320, three times as much as testosterone, and everyone knows that testosterone is by far more anabolic than stanozolol. For those who want greater results, increasing the dosage would not be the best way to go about it.

Depending on the desired objectives, another drug may be selected to complete the turinabol cycle. If the goal is to gain more definition, more androgenic drugs like drostanolone and trenbolone are good options to be used together. For a reasonable increase in muscle mass without compromising on the quality, testosterone propionate, boldenone, stanozolol, oxandrolone, and methenolone are the drugs that can be associated with turinabol. Turinabol is not a good choice for cycles that aim to achieve substantial gains in muscle mass. Nevertheless, small amounts of turinabol (approximately 10-20 mg per day) may be used in any cycle in order to increase the amount of free androgens in the bloodstream, since turinabol has high affinity for SHBG.

To calculate the optimal dose for each part, divide the weight in kg by 1.5 or 2. You can take the resulting dose once in the morning, or twice a day, the second time being the afternoon. However, it is always best to consult a trained physician to determine the exact dosage you need. Dosage could be different for different individuals and at the same time, dosage depends upon your requirement. Only an experienced doctor can examine your body properly and understand your requirements exactly and then advise you about the right dosage.

Turinabol is extremely useful to athletes who desire to achieve peak performance. If your goal is to burn fat, this is not going to help, as Turinabol is a steroid and not a fat burner.

Side effects

Turinabol is considered a softer drug in comparison to many other counterparts. Turinabol does not convert to estrogen, does not cause water retention, does not cause blood pressure to rise, does not cause gynecomastia, and also has no strong influence on HTP axis.

However, its major side effect is that it causes a bit of acne and oily skin among a minority of its users. It also creates a degree of hepatotoxicity because we are talking about a steroid that is 17-alpha-alkylated, which means that it is extremely toxic. Liver tests are indispensable not only when it comes to turinabol, but for any anabolic steroid, especially the 17-alpha-alkylated. A third problem is that, in certain cases, turinabol is a fibrinolytic drug, i.e., it causes the conversion of plasminogen into plasmin, the enzyme responsible for the destruction of fibrin. This results in a much slower clotting process, meaning a loss for individuals who already have a problem of this nature.

All steroids pose risks to health and in some cases, may even end up causing death. Steroids are often used by athletes to improve performance and not only to simply improve physical appearance. So if you do not really need it, it is advisable to keep away from it.

When you administer steroids, it is essential that you have the right medical monitoring in place so as to eliminate potential danger to your body. Never do it alone. The consequences may be irreversible. Lastly, the side effects could be something other than what is mentioned above. It is not at all rare that side effects of a single drug differs from person to person.

Turinabol vs Anavar

Many have tried both turinabol and anavar at lower doses, and they both pack a punch for being a weaker steroid. If your main goal is to cut, then both these should preserve adequate lean body mass. However, in some cases, anavar might be slightly more beneficial if you are looking for that distinct hardness and vascularity. Turinabol is quite good for a lean bulk or for a diet that is aimed slightly higher than maintenance purposes. Some studies have noticed the same strength increases put on more weight with turinabol, with the body recouping very well. Elevated liver enzymes can be dodged, but only if you are ready to take in lots of water and synthergine. If you choose to go with turinabol, you are better off taking garlic and synthergine with a complete protection like n2guard or cycle assist. Try a trial and error method for turinabol for about 30 days. In the event that you are retraining, eating, and sleeping properly, then you’re bound to be maxing out on your gains.

Before you go ahead and try it out, it would be safe to stick to a 6 week cycle rather than going all out for an 8 week one. Get your blood work done before the cycle, and once after the cycle to determine if the method actually works for you.

Turinabol stacks

The stacks greatly vary gender wise. When it comes to men, anywhere around 20-50 mgs can be recommended as a part of a steroid stack. Many believe that it is necessary to use it in high doses to get desired results. This is downright false. The fact is, Turinabol does not aromatize and you would not be really gaining every day because there is no water retention. Turinabol Cycles

  1. Beginner
  2. Intermediate
  3. Advanced

The Beginner Cycle

Since you are going to be starting off, this basic cycle is a presentation of a kickstarting compound alongside with its ability to bond with SHBG, thereby generating greater amounts of Testosterone to get the work done in the bloodstream. The Testosterone utilized here is a long variant, and requires loads of time before blood levels jump down to a steady state in order to allow the user to benefit from gains. Alongside with these, Trenbolone and Turinabol will also be added to existing stack to make it a quick and hard hitting lean mass cycle!

  • Weeks 1-8 – Testosterone Propionate – 100 mg per week, Trenbolone – 400 mg per week, Turinabol – 80 mg per day

Turinabol Gains

For those who are specifically worried about the gains, and are driven solely by them, they should also try turinabol simply because it delivers much better effects at a cost that no steroid can match. Its counterparts, like the Dianabol or the methandrostenolone come close, but without much bloat. Turanabol is also notoriously famous for driving massive gains in the libido region, at just 40 mg per day. Many never need to up their dose. They just get bigger and stronger. Although some would still prefer Dianabol for straight bulking, Turinabol takes the cake any day.

Turinabol Results

It has been commonly said that Turinabol is a great anabolic for unfaltering quality lean gains, which are permanent, with no extra water weight, bloating, or fat addition/maintenance. This is because of the complete non-appearance of estrogenic impacts, as Turinabol can not artificially tie with the aromatase chemical (the protein in charge of changing over androgens into estrogen).
