1 – Go to a MoneyGram shop to pay
You can visit the official MoneyGram site, click on the country of your choice, and then click on “Find an agency”.
Then go to the agency of your choice with your ID and beneficiary information for the money transfer:
We offer you the possibility to send money to a unique European beneficiary. This unique beneficiary will be given on the last page of your order (please don’t forget to print or save this information).
*IMPORTANT: the beneficiary can only be used once and is valid for only 5 days. After this time, you will have to place a new order on the site to obtain a new valid beneficiary.
In addition, please respect the maximum amount of each beneficiary: E.G. to pay an order of $600 with 2 beneficiaries limited to $500, please send $500 on the first beneficiary and $100 on the second beneficiary.
Fill out the submission form and give it back to the agent at the counter with the amount to be sent and the transfer fees (at your expense).
Please note, transaction costs are your responsibility. For example, if you have an order of € 250, we must receive exactly that amount–otherwise we will not accept the transaction.
In any case, you must specify that it is a commercial transaction.
2 – Send us the MoneyGram payment confirmation
So we can process your payment and confirm your order, you must send us the MoneyGram reference code you were given. This step is important and mandatory.
3 – Validation and shipping of your order
Once payment is received, we will ship your order within 72 hours. We will provide you with tracking numbers to follow the shipping of your order.
